When I started training here (today happens to be my 100th training session) I was looking for a place to workout where I wouldn’t have to spend any time planning. I like just showing up and doing the session. All of the coaches here are fantastic. Megan is very motivating and pays close attention. Don, Natalie, and Sayo are also fantastic.
