F45 is exactly what I was looking for! I love the variety of each class. 45 mins and my workout is done for the day…perfect for my schedule. The coaches are knowledgeable and so friendly. Very welcoming gym. So happy with my decision to join!
F45 is a GREAT place to workout !! The coaches are all fabulous and so kind!! They make you feel comfortable and accomadate to any of your needs. I am so happy I joined !! Everyone there is so nice and friendly !!
I belong to half a dozen gyms, but I absolutely love F45 for strength days. Lynette is incredibly knowledgeable, and even though I’ve been coming here for four years, she still takes the time to offer smart modifications, fun challenges, and helpful form corrections. Having a coach who stays that invested in your progress makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
Lynette, Jolene, Jon and the team are AWESOME here at this F45! What a great community and environment to get after it towards a better you and having the accountability and coaching along the way!
Is always a great experience!!! The staff is really awesome, you will feel like family!!!
