I belong to half a dozen gyms, but I absolutely love F45 for strength days. Lynette is incredibly knowledgeable, and even though I’ve been coming here for four years, she still takes the time to offer smart modifications, fun challenges, and helpful form corrections. Having a coach who stays that invested in your progress makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
