Excellent workouts I can feel in my body
I like the challenges the class brings. The energy from the others in the class, and the coaches make sure you are using proper body mechanics.
The number one reason I Love F45 is the obviously science-backed structure of the program. Both physical and psychological. However, it’s possible that wouldn’t be enough to sustain clientele if it weren't for the knowledgeable, friendly staff.
The atmosphere is the best. The work outs so far gave been challenging. And I like the attention to making sure you are doing it correctly. Should have started sooner.
