I’ve been coming here for 8 months and am in the best shape of my life. The classes are hard but fun and push you to do more. All the coaches are awesome. Some of my friends have joined and love it too.
Amazing energy! Trainers really focus on you and want you to do your best and if you’re doing a lift wrong, they correct you so you can get your best achievements. I highly recommend F45 Valpo ;)
