I’ve enjoyed going to classes here. The coaches are great at helping you modify the workouts to make them more challenging or adapting if you have prior injury or issues.
Participated in my first class today. Went in extremely nervous as I am a beginner to working out. The instructors and other members were kind and informative. Very good work out with a fun and safe atmosphere!
The gym was clean and the workout was great. I loved the music and the trainer, Lynette, was very helpful and personable.
I like that the workouts are different every day. The instructors are awesome and I have friendships that keep me motivated.
