Thanks to Nicole and Cory for hosting me as a F45 passporter from out of town. Super convenient location right on top of the subway station. Good size gym for Toronto.
Ive been going to F45 for about a month, and I can honestly say it’s a great workout especially if you work downtown. The coaches don’t just guide you they push you in all the right ways. They know when you’ve got more in the tank, and they motivate you to get in those extra reps!
Nicole runs a fantastic gym here. The instructors are very attentive, each class has at least 2. They always bring great energy and take the time to coach, correct form and make suggestions on top of being very friendly. I’ve really enjoyed going to these classes and highly recommend them over similar offerings.
