Absolutely love this F45 location! I genuinely look forward to every workout. The people here are amazing, and a special shoutout to Nicole, Mark, Matt, and Anne for always going the extra mile, keeping us motivated, and helping us improve.
Easily the best functional fitness studio in the city! The 45-minute HIIT and strength classes are an incredible full-body burn, and the workout programming changes daily so you never get bored. The coaches are super knowledgeable, constantly helping correct form, and pushing you to hit real results at your own pace. Amazing community, zero ego, and a killer sweat session every single time. 10/10 recommend giving them a shot if you want a team environment that actually gets you fit!
F45 makes working out enjoyable and fun. Coach Matt and the entire team go above beyond to make it a great experience for every member.
We are so happy we found this place! Coach Matt is amazing and incredibly welcoming. Our experience here has been way beyond what we expected. The way the coaches motivate everyone, combined with all the positive energy, makes us want to continue our fitness journey here! Recently joined this location and was the best decision. Matt and the rest of the staff are resourceful and really taking care of you, during and beyond the sessions. Redline on Mondays are epic. Only can recommend.
