I started at F45 three months ago, and the changes I have seen, not just physically but mentally and emotionally, have surpassed any expectation I could have set. I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by Marc during my experience. From the outset, Marc came across as noticeably rude and dismissive. Rather than offering support or guidance, his tone was condescending and his responses were abrupt—making it clear that questions or concerns were more of an annoyance than something he was willing to address.
