F45 The Pecans is a good place for a great workout! The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a great workout community.
I have grown up in the gym trying all the different workouts out there. F45 is by far my favorite workout and Pecans is my favorite location! The trainers here are so genuine, very knowledgeable, and have pushed me when I didn’t think I could do it. How these workouts have transformed my body is unlike anything else I’ve done. Love this place!
