I can’t say enough positive things about F45 Pecan Creek! The coaches and community are the best! The gym was a place I felt like I “needed to go” and soon turned into a place I loved going to! The coaches pushed me to be my best and taught me that I am so much stronger than I thought I was and for that I am so grateful. The community is so much fun. I started at F45 three months ago, and the changes I have seen, not just physically but mentally and emotionally, have surpassed any expectation I could have set. I joined in probably close to the worst shape I had been in my life. I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by Marc during my experience. From the outset, Marc came across as noticeably rude and dismissive. Rather than offering support or guidance, his tone was condescending and his responses were abrupt—making it clear that questions or concerns were more of an annoyance than something he was willing to address.
