I can't say enough amazing things about F45. I have always been active and a gym goer, my friend took me to a class and I completely fell in love with it. I am HOOKED! I love the classes and how it always pushes you. It got me back into shape and I have never felt better. Let alone do I love the classes, I love the atmosphere and the people. How everyone cheers you on and the friendships created. I absolutely love all the trainers at this location. If you are wanting a change in your workout and to push yourself give F45 a c... read more
Excellent workouts! Great instructors! Wasn't my normal workout style initially but now I cant live without it. Morning workouts are really packed. People are friendly though will probably need a second location or larger space soon if attendance continues to climb. All around excellent place to meet or set new goals.
The community, the workouts, and the coaches are amazing. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made
Always a great workout with great coaches that push you to the best of your ability!
