I have been a F45 members for over three years now and was original at the Steelyard location. With their merge, I was forced to move to the next closest one which is this location. Found out that unlike the other location, they do not honor if someone moves to a location not within driving distance. I am moving over 70 minutes away and was reminded by them that I signed a six month contract and 'should have selected monthly." The Pecans of Queen Creek is an outstanding training location. Adam and Nicky were amazing and I’m so jealous that Queen Creek has an F 45! They pushed me to the limit and made me felt part of the family immediately. Wish I could transport you all close to my home, I would be here all the time!
The weekday 6:15AM class crew and coaches can’t be beat! I’m 225 sessions in since last April, and can’t imagine where I’d be without this daily routine, varied training exercises, and noticeable physical + mental/emotional improvements I intend to sustain. Let’s go 2026!
Love the function focus and room energy. When you train as a team it keeps your intensity elevated and 45 minutes is just the right balance to spend all you have.
