One of my favorite workout classes I’ve ever done! I love how strength focused this was!
This entire company operates like a skeezy cockroach. Once they get your email they will NEVER GO AWAY. I took one (awful) class here. It was so bad I never even used the rest of the week I paid for. The space and the gear is filthy, unsanitized… the spongey floor mats were soaking wet with sweat, and yet they want you to lay on them. The music is unbearable and deafening. The exercises are unintelligent. I have unsubscribed from every conceivable place they might have my email, and still, I get dozens of (double and triple)... read more
