This place is like a cockroach. Once they get your email they will NEVER GO AWAY. I took one (awful) class here. It was so bad I never even used the rest of the week I paid for. The space and the gear is filthy, unsanitized… the spongey floor mats were soaking wet with sweat, and yet they want you to lay on them. The music is unbearable and deafening. Great space, good music, clean, well-lit, plenty of equipment, and the coaches put you through a really good workout. Strongly recommend F45 and this location!
Loveee f45 at the Gulch ! It's fun to mix up weight training and cardio. Definitely my fave hit workout in Nashville and the coaches are fun!
