Nice gym, pretty big floor plan, weights are in good condition. Coach Jasmine is phenomenal! Very attentive and engaging.
The F45 in the Cove is an excellent gym for getting stronger. The instruction is high quality. There's a broad variety of equipment and workouts. And the gym super clean too. I highly recommend checking it out.
