I was struggling to lose weight and get fit, I joined this gym and in a week I can see the difference!! I love the instructors and the classes!! Be aware Ty’s classes are the hardest!!!!! but love it!!
First time for me working out in a gym and I really like the diverse ways and workflow of the classes in F45 and the motivating words of the coaches. Helps to push the limit. Bit expensive for me at this point, but the training programs are worth it.

Great gym! I love the balance of having cardio, strength, and hybrid HIIT workouts. The coaches are all phenomenal and the F45 community is very welcoming. Their classes help challenge me to reach my fitness goals!
Great gym and friendly staff! Never feels too crowded either.
