It’s a month now that I am a member at F45 Sunnyside, but every time I feel the energy of day one. The class are full of energetic people! And the coaches as well! If you’re considering trying F45 Sunnyside, I definitely recommend!
This gym is a fantastic addition to our neighborhood! Their workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and the coaches are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. I’m so glad I joined!
