This gym is truly a family. Tony, the owner, is amazing and genuinely cares about his members — especially during tough times. After my hernia surgery, he and the coaches were incredibly supportive, always giving me the right modifications to keep me safe while still helping me come back strong, even on days I didn’t think I had it in me. I took my first class at Sunnyside F45 on Monday, and it was a great experience. The owner, Tony, made me feel welcome and encouraged me throughout my lift. If you’re looking to build strength and confidence, this is the gym to be at. It’s very clean and has great, uplifting music.
This review is long overdue. I have been a member of this community since it opened and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The team and community are wonderful! The owner Tony makes the members feel at home, and all of the trainers are warm, supportive, motivating and exude great energy. If you are looking for a welcoming, challenging, community based vibe to workout, this is the spot!
This is the first time I've done this kind of training, and I feel great and I'm so glad I found them. This is already my tenth class, and I don't regret continuing to train with F45.
