I love getting workouts in at F45! Coach Kenny is great at giving clear instructions and correcting your form when needed. Highly recommend!
This place is top-notch! Maurice is an amazing trainer who first of all, asked if anyone had any injuries — that’s how you know you have a GOOD trainer that you can TRUST! Then he took the time to walk through the full circuit with us, demonstrating everything (with modifications), and then regularly checked in on people’s form thru the class. The coaches are outstanding the facilities are clean, and the training is stellar
I really liked the class today- SoCal - however the coach Zydarius that was helping out the main coach listed on the schedule came across sexist and encouraging unsafe form (lowered too far in the deadlift position so that his back was bent over instead of straight) and practices. He tells me "Why do i have that face?". When I reply, "because it is my face..." he doesn't get the hint and continues to talk about how I look.
