Harsh cancellation policies after injury. Classes themselves are not very hands on, little engagement from coaches.
I love this place! After going to 100 classes, I can truly say this place has changed my life! Come and see for yourself.
Love this gym and the welcoming environment the coaches have created. 45 min workouts are quick and effective and there’s modifications for every level. And plenty of of free parking available!
