I've never enjoyed a gym so much! The coaches are amazing, motivating, and push you past your comfort zones to grow physically and mentally! I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to the coaches at F45 Stetson Hills!

I’ve been attending F45 Stetson Hills for about two weeks now, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The workouts are doable for any skill level and can be adjusted to your needs. It’s a really fun and positive environment. My favorite gym I’ve been to.
I've been going to F45 for about 3-4 months. I really like all the coaches and the workouts. I've been working out for over 25 years though my time in the military and several other workout programs. This is one of best. Everything is set up for you, the coaches are helpful and modify your workouts or push you more when you need it. Definitely recommend!
The best coaches, facility is always in top top shape and the coaches go beyond just being trainers! They’ll spend time with you one on one and help you with anything. I’ve become friends with a lot of people from this gym and have had nothing but a great experience. Thanks guys!!
