I was looking for a new workout facility and F45 fits the bill. The workouts are challenging and I feel accomplished after every class. The trainers are very informative and friendly and take the time to insure you understand each workout . I’m so glad I was introduced to the F45 family!
I recently was able to use the passport option with the F45 Membership. I drove down to Virginia from Canada to visit family and wanted to keep on my workout schedule. Upon arriving at the F45 in Stafford, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. The studio is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. I love F45! The classes and camaraderie have helped me be consistent with my workouts and keep me coming back week after week. Highly recommend to everyone at all ages and levels of fitness.
F45 has been such a great experience. The community is welcoming, and the coaches help you a lot by correcting form, offering modifications, answering questions, and pushing you when you’re ready.
