I recently joined F45, and I already love the community here! All the coaches pay close attention to my form and explain everything in a fun and engaging way. The support during the Hyrox simulation—especially the cheering—really gives me energy and keeps me motivated. I’m genuinely enjoying it so much
I joined F45 in February of this year and love it! I love that the workouts and stations are setup and all I need to do is show up. I love that I get to lift heavier weights and learn proper form from the coaches. The workouts are challenging and I can modify as I need for my body. The music is fun and adds to the experience. I have met many wonderful people here and have gotten so much stronger. The coaching staff is knowledgable, supportive, and welcoming.
My daughter has had such a wonderful experience at F45 Stafford! From the very beginning, everyone has been so welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The environment is positive, and the atmosphere is energetic and encouraging. She always feels comfortable and motivated when she’s there. We truly appreciate the coaches and the entire team for creating such a great place for her to work out, grow, and enjoy herself. I was looking for a new workout facility and F45 fits the bill. The workouts are challenging and I feel accomplished after every class. The trainers are very informative and friendly and take the time to insure you understand each workout . I’m so glad I was introduced to the F45 family!
