F45 has been such a massively positive addition to my life. It’s a great work out and the instructors and community are so friendly and encouraging. Coaches are attentive and I get adjustments and instruction in every training session. The culture is simply a mood booster. The music is great and contributes to the fun. You can’t beat the monthly fee. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
F45 in downtown St. Pete is fabulous. All of the trainers are excellent and super friendly. I was so afraid to go to this gym as I am nearing retirement age and very insecure about my abilities. Everyone at this gym, trainers or students are just amazingly friendly and welcoming and I couldn’t be happier. So thank you F 45. I’m on a positive path.
