First time at this F45 location and it’s a real vibe here! The trainers were great: Enthusiastic energy and they demo the exercises really well. Great use of the space. My usual F45 is in the basement, so it’s a very new and interesting feeling to use the ski erg with the sun shining in your face. Felt like I got my vitamin D fix while working out, and I’m all about the multitask. Appreciate the opaque doors in the bathroom stalls (the one I go to has translucent doors for some reason).
