I love the positive energy at this F45 studio. The coaches are super friendly, and the workouts are really fun. I also love how efficiently the 45 minute sessions are structured. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make the most of their time and get in a solid workout!
They provide a really good variety of workouts that really work your full body and provide variations that don’t compromise the joints. The coaches here are attentive to all members during the session and are there to guide and correct postures. I’ve been to many different fitness gyms where the coaches only provide motivation and don’t really go to this extent even though you pay a pricey monthly membership fee.
