I visited this f45 Studio when I was on vacation, visiting a few friends. I decided to join via ClassPass and had the perfect opportunity to get a great workout in. I arrived 5 minutes before the class started and I was greeted by a friendly hello! I was given a little tour of where everything was and then shortly after the workout started. Not impressed with their customer service and owner before my 1st class. Told by Mary this past Monday that promo is limited so should sign up soon. Met coach Jasmyn yesterday, sign up for the promo 28 days @ $168. I’ve been training at F45 Southeast Barrie for about 4 months now, and it’s hands down my favorite F45 studio (and this is my third one!). The space itself is huge with high ceilings, giving you plenty of room to move and breathe, which makes every workout more enjoyable. The entire coaching team (Jasmyn, Yuliia, Taylor, Kaitie, Sebastian, and others) are all incredibly friendly, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress.
