My husband and I joined F45 a year ago and it’s been one of the greatest decisions for our health and wellness. The community of people, coaches and leaders are like no other. I look forward to my early, early 5:30am classes and that alone speaks volumes.

Two months in, I am hooked! I’ve belonged to other gyms but the results from F45 are so much better!! Small group classes with two instructors circulating to be sure you are using good form; a really friendly community; different exercises all the time plus music and movement through the gym means I’m working different muscle groups; 45 minutes goes by quickly and I’m pulled along working harder than I would on my own. Friends and family keep commenting on my transformation! Thank you F45!
Great First Passport Visit Experience! Yesterday at f45 southeast Barrie, was our first experience using the Passport Visit program, and it couldn’t have gone better. The studio location was very convenient and exceptionally clean. The instructors were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was such a positive experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!
If you want a place where you show up, do what you’re told, sweat a ton and go home, this is your place. Coaches are friendly and helpful plus the members are all friendly as well.
