Used passport to visit. Staff was friendly! 1 coach per class during workouts.
First time trying F45, great workout with awesome trainers. Facility is very nice also. Excited to go back tomorrow. Update: I have now been a member for four years and at 42 I am in the best shape of my life. Eventhough I was "in shape" when I started, I have seen an amazing improvement in both strength and mobility. I would recommend to wveryone.
