I recently started working out at F45 and I’m really enjoying it! The coaches are really friendly and helpful!
Be very careful with the integrity and billing from F45 South Norwalk. When I joined, they didn't ask me to sign any documents and just told me they would bill me weekly and suspend or cancel anytime. When I tried to cancel they tried to enforce a full month of billing to cancel even though I never agreed to this. This is not an honest or respectable business practice. I'm very disappointed in how I was treated by them after being a long term client. Use caution with this gym.
F45 classes are hands down my favorite workouts I’ve ever done. They keep you moving and motivated the entire time! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming at this location!
