Turned out this was the perfect place for me to go...great energy in the air, the trainers are awesome!
I love coming here. The instructors are great and the classes really push you. You can customize things to your level. I've really noticed getting stronger and increasing the weight I can lift.

I’ve dropped into F45 Eagle a couple of times recently, and every visit has been outstanding. Pilar, Brooke, and Sam were all fantastic coaches—motivating, clear, and full of energy. As a former Crossfitter, this gym and the workouts are much better for me as I've aged. I still get the cardio and strength training, but less extreme/stressful and I can modify when I want. Loving the stations and the coaches- makes the class go by quickly!!
