Great class! Super friendly staff and a great workout.
I’ve dropped into F45 Eagle a couple of times recently, and every visit has been outstanding. Pilar, Brooke, and Sam were all fantastic coaches—motivating, clear, and full of energy. As a former Crossfitter, this gym and the workouts are much better for me as I've aged. I still get the cardio and strength training, but less extreme/stressful and I can modify when I want. Loving the stations and the coaches- makes the class go by quickly!!
Wonderful people, from ownership to trainers and other member's not to mention a the workouts and big windows looking out to the pond. F45 is our second home.
F45 is not only an incredible workout but the community and people bring the best energy and motivate you to be your best self! The owners, Dan and Sandy are truly incredible humans that have created an amazing workout family!
