F45 is the place to be—and I’m not exaggerating. At first, I thought the membership was a little expensive, but once I experienced everything included in the unlimited package, I realized it’s absolutely worth it. One of the best parts of my experience has been training with Amanda. From day one, she has been truly invested in my progress. I really enjoyed my trial classes and had a great experience with the staff. Trainers Katie and Amanda were great and are a big reason I decided to sign up. The workouts are well-structured, challenging without being overwhelming, and keep things interesting. The owner, Andrew, is also very kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a gym that delivers a solid workout and also has a real sense of community, this is a great place to check out.

Great gym, very attentive coaches, positive energy for tough but approachable workouts. I've seen everyone here from exercise beginners to heavy lifters to marathoners. You can do you and there's no pressure. A much better "vibe" than most other area gyms I've been to. Love this place!
