I really enjoyed my trial classes and had a great experience with the staff. Trainers Katie and Amanda were great and are a big reason I decided to sign up. The workouts are well-structured, challenging without being overwhelming, and keep things interesting. The owner, Andrew, is also very kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a gym that delivers a solid workout and also has a real sense of community, this is a great place to check out.
Great gym, very attentive coaches, positive energy for tough but approachable workouts. I've seen everyone here from exercise beginners to heavy lifters to marathoners. You can do you and there's no pressure. A much better "vibe" than most other area gyms I've been to. Love this place!

I have been at f45 Scarsdale for 4 years and it’s by far the best gym I’ve ever been too. I’ve made some lifelong friendships. The workouts are designed to challenge you in the best way possible. There is something for every fitness level, and the coaches are some of the best there is. They are quite knowledgeable and is always correcting and encouraging you, and offcourse it’s fun, never boring , just when you think you know what’s next f45 does a switcharoo !!!!
Love the classes and the community. The coaches are awesome and really care about the members. They take the time to welcome you and make sure that your form is correct! So glad I joined!
