I’ve been a member at F45 Scarsdale for about 3.5 months and the coaches and members have been so welcoming. I love the variety of classes offered and look forward to my workouts. Highly recommend for all levels!
For more than one year I've been a member of F45 Training Scarsdale and what a great year it has been with them! I've grown stronger, improved my mobility, lost weight and continue to keep improving with them! The coaches work with you and support your efforts. It's a community that works together and cheers for each other!
F45 has not only got my in great shape physically but also mentally. My favorite part of F45 is how seamlessly it fits into my daily routine, despite having a very busy schedule. The classes are exactly 45 minutes long, and everything is laid out for you in terms of exercises. The trainers are excellent and push you beyond what you think you’re capable of.
F45 Scarsdale is such a welcoming and encouraging community. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have. For anyone that is nervous or feels intimidated to attend an F45 class, don’t! The coaches are accommodating and guide you through modified movements. Anyone at any fitness level can join and succeed at F45! My husband and I have met so many great people through class.
