My experience at f45 in Scarsdale has been life changing! Since joining, I have rebuilt my entire routine and feel a part of a community. The work outs are geared towards all fitness levels and certainly help you reach your goals. I've become a lot stronger and have challenged myself in more ways than not. The instructors are incredible! Having two people instructing / walking around helps ensure proper form and assistance when needed. The instructors also make themselves available pre /post class for any further questions and assistance. HIGHLY recommend!
