I can't say enough about this place. Both the staff and other members are very supportive. The workouts are challenging and fun.
I’ve been a member of F45 for over 2 years now. The varied workouts keep me engaged and challenged. The community makes me feel supported. I highly recommend F45 Sandy Springs. The management truly cares about your well being.

I am writing this review because of the initial interaction I had with the front desk staff for today. As someone who loves doing Solidcore and other group fitness classes, I was excited about trying out F45 today. We chose this particular location because of the location and I wanted to see if this would be something I could add into my weekly routine and possibly get a membership. Very disappointed. Was about to be my wife's and I first time experiencing this form of workout seeing as we do solid core and other workout studios always looking for a fun good new experience. The person at the front wasn't that welcoming, understanding, or helpful. My parents were visiting from out of town and are members of f45 but were having issues with their app to sign in and they could honestly careless.
