Totally love this place! I joined a little while back and can’t get enough. The trainers are attentive, knowledgable, and amazing. Jaime and Vel so far and they are both extraordinary. Can’t wait to try others and to get to other locations. The workouts are focused and intentional and meant to leave you able to come back day after day (rather than totally wrecked). Alana is incredibly responsive as well as is the whole team. And people are focused but encouraging. Really cannot say enough good about it. Run to check it out!
