Great classes, good energy. Could use more timing slots since the classes are way too crowded. First timers should try odd time classes for better support from trainers
The workouts, the vibes, the coaches— all awesome vibes! Every workout comes with so much energy! Along with the coaches, seeing members next to you pushing themselves hard— it’s super motivating! Good place to train for all levels. From beginners all the up to elite athletes 💪
F45 is awesome! Not only do you get a great workout, but all the staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, and friendly. I felt welcomed into their community and a part of the community immediately with the way the classes are structured. You are partnered with at least one or two different partners each class so you get to know a lot of other people, which is just so different from any other gym I’ve belonged to. Amazing workout and instructors. Gym and clean and all equipment is laid out. Classes are easy to follow and instructors help along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to find a fun and energetic class
Been coming here for about 2 1/2 months… Great program excellent coaches! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get me back in shape!
