F45 Salisbury!! I have trained in a few places but the way this team has helped me with my form, the extra push for my weight increases i love!! The trainers are so helpful and even at 5am always happy and bright!! Special mention to Mel and Bailey the first trainers i met, you ladies are smashing this!!

F45 has been my life saver these last few months. This has given me something positive to focus on, an improved vision for my desired life style, a special cult, I mean, group of people to meet, interact with, watch hit their goals, inspire me to be better. I'm feeling healthier than ever before. I still have more goals to hit, but determined more than ever before.
