The workout's are challenging but doable and are adapted to my physical capabilities at the start of each session, getting extended as my strength and flexibility improve.
Went to join this gym dont bother as the people are arrogant disgusting humans they look and judge you before you even go into the gym I seen what looked like stamina training went to have a look I looked inside for few seconds from the door then started to do some research on my phone but was told to move on cause was making people nervous I hadn't done nothing wrong didn't even look at anyone so now they lose my business and I will tell everyone I see going there looking at this gym they are rude disgusting people
