A lot of the coaches are great! The classes are good and you get as much out as you put in. The only really negative part is the manager, Malik. He’s in charge of helping clients with questions about their accounts, but he never ever responds when you try to contact him. I recently visited this F45 location and was very concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene standards. The bathrooms were not up to par and completely out of hand soap—which is extremely unsanitary for a facility where members share equipment and space. As a healthcare provider, I know how critical proper hygiene is in preventing illness, and the absence of soap is unacceptable. Needed to take the Summer/Fall off because of school. Contacted > 45 days before membership renewal (30 days required). The owner Kinyatah ensured everything was good and It was cancelled. Fast forward to end of contract and they keep charging me. She responded "Sorry, you should not have been charged. The virtual assistant that cancels memberships must have overlooked this and I will do everything in my power to get the refund back asap". As someone who has never been into group workout classes before, I have really enjoyed F45! Everyone is very friendly and approachable. I enjoy the variety of classes available and find the class times very convenient. Would highly recommend for someone looking to try out a group workout class in a supportive environment!
