Wonderful staff, great workouts and amazing culture. I’m so grateful for the coaches at F45 Pecans for helping me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. They’re incredibly motivating and make every class feel fun and doable. The 45 minutes of “me time” are truly the highlight of my day. Thank you to all the coaches—you’re amazing, and I wouldn’t be where I am without you!

I have been a member here since it opened over one year ago. I love the workouts, but love the trainers even more! The environment is very welcoming. People of all fitness levels attend the classes and it like one big family. I highly recommend this location!
Great place to work out. Plenty of equipment and space to do your thing. Staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a ton of classes to take if that's your thing.
This gym has everything you need! I've been attending F45 at this studio for 7 months now. I've tried regular gyms and similar group fitness/HIIT classes, and nothing compares to this. The workouts are intense but approachable for all fitness levels, and different every day. Most importantly, the coaches are amazing - they're extremely motivating, inviting, and focused on helping you perform your best. If you want the best workout you can fit into 45 minutes, hit up this F45 studio.
