Just completed my first month with F45 and I'm loving it! It's dynamic, challenging and non repetitive. It's a nice environment and the coaches are the best, always attentive, making sure that we do the exercises correctly, so we can get the benefits of them without injuries. I'm definitely hooked.
Best exercise experience that I have ever had! They walk you through what to expect, have visuals if you forget, and the staff is encouraging along the way!
The trainers are so enthusiastic and helpful. The workouts are always a challenge with lots of variety. Impossible to ever be bored!
