Wonderful workout, great environment, highly recommended. Just don’t let them know you have an injury or you’ll do high knees in the corner.
I rarely right review but This is hands-down, the best F 45 ever. I have been to now four different F45 locations in Texas and Alabama and none of them come close to the staff at this place. They are extremely encouraging and motivating and literally know every single person in the class his name. A must join!

Love this workout facility. Iv been a member at several f45s and I can honestly say this one is top tier. The staff is amazing!
After the trial week I was hooked! I’ve tired all the different types of gyms, workout classes, and trainings and F45 is by far my favorite. It’s quick and effective and the workouts are always changing so I never get bored. The people are friendly and inclusive; I felt like part of the F45 family immediately. I highly recommend trying out F45 and the great team at F45 Ponderosa West!!
