I started going to F45 right before summer started & I'm loving it!! The 45 mins of class time & not having to try to come up with my own exercises has been such a tremendous help in my fitness journey!! All of the coaches are so sweet & are so easy to talk to about modifications or even fixing your form! I highly recommend if you wanna take the guess work out of your workout routine!
After 20 years without doing any type of exercise, I found this gym where I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The coaches are very kind, professional and patient, especially Kevin, who is the one we have most frequently since it aligns with my schedule.

I have a very busy schedule as most of us do which is the reason it works for me. I go with my family in the evening. I show up for 45 minutes, and they have everything ready for you. Always something different and challenging. The coaches are always there to support and push you to do your best. Usually our coach is Kevin T., he does great. I started going around March, and is very motivating seeing myself doing things that I thought I couldn't do!
Love the atmosphere!! Every level fitness not just advanced! Trainers are super helpful and encouraging! You won't regret going!
