Coach steph is very knowledgeable and kind! She always has a smile on her face for the super early classes. Her music choices for the workout at 5 am are amazing. Come check this gym out, you won’t be disappointed
Classes with Coach Nick are always great! He’s a great motivator and technically is an AMAZING Coach!
Although every single coach is pretty awesome, I’m gonna shout out, especially to Kyle! And Courtney! OK Nick, and Chris, OK, everybody! 🙌
