Coach Courtney is such a delight to workout with! She keeps you engaged, she offers modifications, and after makes you feel encouraged for the next workout! All the coaches are amazing!
Josh is an amazing coach with such infectious energy! HYROX is becoming one of my favorite classes. It pushes you while being a format for everybody! Josh did a great job offering modifications and pushing me where he knew I could give more. Thanks Josh!
I love F45, I went to the evening class and Courtney was the coach. She is so amazing and I love her coaching style. So positive and happy and very helpful with my form. She helped me motify on a few exercises that I was having a hard time doing because of an injury . F45 is my gym forever. I feel so supported for what my body lets me do and my age. I have tried all the gyms out there and F45 is the best. Love all the coaches at any class time. They all care so much about each and every person .
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a group training class. Focus on strength but there is a good variety on cardio/strength. Fun atmosphere, knowledgeable coaches.
Just had my 1st workout at F45. My wife has worked out at this location since they opened and has been raving about them since the start. I now see what she was saying. I found the environment to be really welcoming and enjoyable. The coach, Nick, also made sure to provide extra guidance as I was working through the moves. He was wonderdul! This is a great place!!
