I’ve been training at f45 Petersham for 5 months now and it’s true what they say- life changing! The coaches are so kind, knowledgeable and supportive. The other members are really inclusive and make showing up every morning easy. If you’re on the fence or nervous about joining, just do it!!! It’s so worth it.

Great local studio that caters for everyone, with a welcoming and come as you are vibe. I was nervous to step into the world of F45 but the trainers were all so welcoming and encouraging, and the work outs are a lot more adaptable to different fitness levels than I thought. Would recommend this studio to anyone who wants to be encouraged to stay consistent and to work hard, without feeling like you already need to be uber fit before you show up.
