I’m just about to hit 500 classes at F45 Petersham and absolutely loving it. As a long term F45-er, F45 Petersham is my fave studio by a long way! ☺️ the coaches are all so awesome, friendly and supportive, not pushy and always have a smile on their face! The other Members are also super lovely and classes are such a fun vibe. I love starting my day here.
I’ve been going to f45 Petersham for 6 months now and l have had the most positive experience. The staff are extremely approachable and knowledgeable, always ready to help me with my form or encourage me to push to my best ability. Such an amazing community, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.
Did my first ever F45 class this evening and WOW, what a class! So glad I decided to do it, it has the perfect amount of stations, length of exercise / rest and such a variety of weights. The instructor Lauren was so welcoming and really encouraging throughout; she offered alternative exercises if needed and gave us tips to make sure we were executing the exercises correctly to prevent injury. Thank you guys so much!
Lovely studio, I came with passport visits while I was on holidays and I hope I can manage to make it my home studio now that I'm living back in Sydney!
