Awesome class . Love the push and support received from other class members and the coaches. Will definitely continue coming to get in shape and transform my body and increase my health.
What I love best about this place is that there are members of all fitness levels and everyone is so cool with that - young, old, fit, just starting out....everyone goes at their own pace and no judgement! It can be quite intimidating at first to workout around others, but everyone is so focused on doing their own thing. So if you're worried about people making judgement about you while you workout, honestly there is no time for that, you're basically going from 0 to 100mph once warmups start.
