The F45 at Pearl Ridge Hawaii is a good gym and I enjoy the workouts, the staff, and how clean it is. I am giving them 3 stars because of their cancellation policy. It takes 28 days before they cancel your membership. Also, in order for them to “process my request for cancellation” I had to provide a survey as to why I wanted to leave. It should be as easy as my membership being cancelled immediately, instead of paying an extra $180 for no reason. This is bad business.
Whole experience is awesome and have a nice, motivating team and coaches. Early morning or afternoon workouts I don't want to start but so worth it afterwards. Coach Shay, Em, and K are awesome and key motivators, the music really gets me going and in the right mode to zone out,
Food is delicious. Service with a smile.
Fantastic facility and class. Awsome program, challenging and not repetitive. Music is also off the hook. I had a blast of a 45 minutes. All levels appropriate with lots of weight levels. Thank you!!! P.S. Scooter is an awesome mascot .
