It's been two months since F45 became my routine and glad I found my fitness community near my home. As a beginner who has no clue about any exercises, the group fitness at F45 is a lifesaver. I don't need to think or plan any workout ahead of the time. Just show up & work it out with all the knowledgeable coaches. Sometimes the real progress isn't just in the weights we lift, but in the friendships built along the way
I’ve been a full time member for 3 months and the community is already better than anything I experienced the 5 years I was a member for a rival workout brand. The coaches motivate you but the members definitely motivate you to be better.

My wife’s been going to F45 way longer than me. I’ve only been about a month in and I’m already all in. Coaches and owners are legit — real coaching, real energy, no fluff. The workouts are structured, efficient, and straight to business. I was a D1 college athlete and this still pushes me, so that says a lot.
