I've been coming here for over a year now. When I started, I was 1 year post-partum with my 3rd, and had not been active for over a decade. The coaches here are fabulous (thanks Vanessa, Virginia & Candie) and the community is friendly and inclusive. I received the cutest kettlebell keychain and UberEats gift card for hitting my 100 class milestone, so sweet and unexpected... thank you!
I tried their initial discounted offering and I felt great after just 10 classes. Beyond getting stronger they have a tight knit community where most people know each other, if you’re someone that’s open to making friends this is definitely a great place to find friends. The trainers there also try their best to remember your name and it feels like you are being looked after. Great community and great workouts!

Awesome vibe, great workouts. I was intimidated before I started, but the workouts are easily modifiable depending on where you’re at. I’m 5 weeks in and already feel stronger and more energetic.
The F45 Ossington Team is incredibly kind, communicative, and flexible. They are always ready to help with any concern or need, no matter how big or small. Vanessa, the studio manager, upholds values all F45 studios should strive to have; she is welcoming and supportive and displays integrity and empathy. She is genuinely there to help you achieve your fitness goals, along with all the coaches (knowing how much a fitness community can change someone's life). I can't recommend this team enough!
