Had the chance to train at F45 Oro Valley while traveling and was very impressed. Great coaching, positive energy, and great workouts. The staff made me feel welcome right away. Highly recommend this studio. Really appreciate the F45 Passport program for helping me stay on track with my fitness goals.
Last week I tried to go without knowing they moved buildings in the complex. So I missed my workout. It wasn't obvious to me where the new building was because it was around the corner. It took me several google searches to find they had moved. I wish they had advertised the new location. I went yesterday and knew to look for the new building and it was obvious where it was. Yesterday when I went there were only 4 people so I don't think many people know they moved. However the new location is so much better than the old one... read more
