Great workouts; especially if you want to improve your cardio. The coaches are great and very friendly & helpful. I’ve attended a lot gyms over the years where coaches don’t even acknowledge you. So the coaches are an important asset when I’m choosing a gym. They also are a Hyrox Affiliate gym so they incorporate Hyrox trainings which is my main reason for coming. I like a good challenge.
