16 workouts in and I am already feeling the difference physically and mentally. The staff is amazing and walked me through modifications when needed. This is a judgement free zone with great people working out there that inspire you to work toward the best version of yourself. I would highly recommend coming in and seeing what it is about. You won’t be disappointed.
A great experience! Haven’t worked out in over 15 years. The team helps set realistic goals, while ensuring correct execution of each exercise. Everyone in the F45 community support without judgment making it an enjoyable experience.
I’ve been training at F45 for 4 years, and it’s been an amazing experience! The workouts are always challenging and varied, the coaches are supportive, and the community is incredibly motivating. Great place to stay fit and consistent!
I highly recommend F45 for those who are looking for a full body transformation. After 3 back surgeries, I thought I would never be able to get back into shape and regain my flexibility. The coaches at this gym personalized my training plan and helped me take control of my fitness. Now at age 40 I am in better shape than when I was in my 20s.
