I highly recommend F45 for those who are looking for a full body transformation. After 3 back surgeries, I thought I would never be able to get back into shape and regain my flexibility. The coaches at this gym personalized my training plan and helped me take control of my fitness. Now at age 40 I am in better shape than when I was in my 20s.
F45 Oldsmar is an awesome place to go to get a quality workout in no matter how much experience you have in weightlifting/cardio. Coach Ronnie and all the other coaches create an enthusiastic environment that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommended going to this location if you’re familiar with F45 or just looking to get started.
I’ve been training at F45 Oldsmar for almost a year, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions of my life. The environment is incredibly friendly, and the coaches are both highly professional and supportive.
