I just recently joined the F45 gym in Oldsmar after being a member of the F45 gym in Trinity. I completed my 10th class this Friday. During my 2 weeks I really appreciate the coaches Daniel and Stephanie. Great group of members and challenging but fun workouts. I love it. Joining F45 in April 2024 year and continuing on this year with my membership in Oldsmar still continues to be a big positive for physical and mental heath.
I was recommended f45 Oldsmar by a friend and it was excellent!
