Very unresponsive. I submitted a request for founders membership information via the website over a week ago. I recieved a text from the studio, and my subsequent reply went unanswered. Then, my voicemails and several emails went unreturned over the course of more than a week. It doesn't seem like they're interested in customer service or building a membership base.
