F45 has solid programming and an atmosphere for people who need structure, guidance, and coaching but who may have limited time in the day. I can get in, work up a sweat, and leave feeling better without feeling like it takes up too much time in a workday. Troy, the GM and Lead Coach is the gold standard. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The workout program is amazing—challenging, motivating, and always different, so it never feels repetitive. The trainers are a fantastic group: knowledgeable, supportive, and they really push you to do your best while making sure your form is on point. I also love the variety of workouts, which keeps things fun and engaging. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great fitness community and results-driven training!
I have been at F45 for 4 weeks and it has been such a great experience. The coaches are tentative and supportive in every session and I get a fantastic workout every time I go! I was so nervous my first session and felt welcomed and encouraged!
