F45 puts the FUN in Functional Fitness.These are workouts everyone can do! At all levels of fitness. All ages. I never thought I would get to the 5:15am class, but these workouts are worth it. The trainers are knowledgable and always keep us on form. I love that the workouts are different every day. The 8 week challenges are also a great way to help get your nutrition in check.
