I used to go to a certain “Orange” workout program (you know the one), but after a while it started feeling… well, a little too repetitive. Thirty minutes of treadmill time followed by thirty minutes of light strength work just wasn’t pushing me the way I wanted. F45 has been a a great fit for my busy schedule. The coaches are all upbeat and motivational to each person that attends, being mindful of personal goals, pushing others to aim for their full potential! I always look forward to a fun, high energy class (burpees and all)!
They were not lying when they said F45 is life changing. This gym and its people have been the motivation I’ve been looking for. I cannot get enough of the workouts— it’s the right amount of challenge and it makes you come back for more. The coaches are amazing and push you every time to give it everything you got and then some. Everything about this gym has made me fall in love with working out all over again and I will forever recommend it to anyone in the area!
They bring the energy! Used passport visits while I was in town and they were so welcoming.
Came by for a single class through ClassPass and loved it. The staff coached me as if I was a long time member. Killer workout!
