This gym is an incredible community full of positivity and kindness. From day one, I felt welcomed by both the longtime members and the amazing staff. Jordan, who leads the studio, is highly engaged in every workout, bringing years of experience to help everyone stay motivated and perform exercises safely and effectively. I started training here to prepare for the Spartan race coming up in November 2024, and I have loved it! I am challenged to push myself because of the coaches helping me to lift heavier or seeing the other participants go heavier too. Jordan, Brad, and Jason are all amazing, and hopefully I can meet the other coaches as well. I love the early morning times at 5 and 6am, but there are later morning and evening times as well.
