They were not lying when they said F45 is life changing. This gym and its people have been the motivation I’ve been looking for. I cannot get enough of the workouts— it’s the right amount of challenge and it makes you come back for more. The coaches are amazing and push you every time to give it everything you got and then some. Everything about this gym has made me fall in love with working out all over again and I will forever recommend it to anyone in the area!
They bring the energy! Used passport visits while I was in town and they were so welcoming.
Came by for a single class through ClassPass and loved it. The staff coached me as if I was a long time member. Killer workout!
The trainers are awesome and it's a great workout.
My wife and I love this place....been at it for nearing 2 years now and I have lost 45 pounds and my wife is just about as fit as shes ever been. We enjoy F45 more than any other gyms or classes we have attended in our lives. The trainers are always amazing but Jordan is just the best....we wish she could instruct every class! Thank you Jordan and F45 for always keeping us motivated and wanting to reach the next goal.
