The trainers here are extremely supportive and always guide when there’s an incorrect posture during the workouts. The community’s lovely. People always encourage each other to get through the workouts! I wait to get here every single day because this is almost the only time I get physical movement throughout the day. It’s been only 6 days since I joined the gym and I absolutely love it!! Would totally recommend joining!!🥳🥳

Such a fun but challenging workout. I loved it! The instructors were super hands on and helped correct my form the whole time.
I have been so intimidated to try this place, but I am so glad I started! The classes are great! The instructors, even better! I truly appreciate that I get corrected on my form, because that is what I really need! Other attendees have also been kind and helpful! I even tried the free classes they offer, and enjoyed each one!! I would totally recommend checking this place out, it is inclusive to all!
