Great facility! Trainers Jayme, Lexi, Bruna and Riley are very helpful. The environment is clean, friendly and encouraging. Only 45 minutes per day to complete a whole body workout! Would recommend F45 to anyone I know who’s looking to get in shape but does not have a lot of time!

I've tried Orange Theory and personal training and everything in the middle before, but at 45 Fitness does it best. The workout are as effective as personal training but without the hefty price tag. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great fitness experience. Trainer Cheryl is one of my favorites.
Lexi is an awesome trainer, always brings a smile and great guidance and input during workouts!
