Best of the Best with Coach Major Payne Troy, Lis Lisa and Coach Body Ish!!!!!!!! Love these fitness workouts. Never the same. Always building up my stamina, strength, and mental capabilities. Spend money on junk gyms and see no results. Spend money on F45 with REAL CERTIFED coaches(trainers)(no extra fee), a body scan w/ app, huge nutritional tip, fun azz members. I have been coming here for a year. The coaches are amazing and always there to push you. The classes never get boring and is intended to make you sweat and get you fit. After looking at my transformation I have had friends and family join their local f45 ..

My mother and I train at F45. Training schedule is convenient and the trainers are so nice and encouraging especially TROY he is phenomenal! He has so much experience and his workouts are effective. If you want to see results especially before the summer come check out F45 and ask about Troy’s classes.

Been coming here for 2 months or so. Great variety of exercises with a mix of cardio and resistance days. Trainers are very educated in proper technique. Troy, Salih, Reagan, and Alicia all are tremendous. In and out of the club in 45 minutes.
