these classes are amazing. Always full of intensity and get me going for the day. I normally do the Saturday morning class when I can and Lynzee and JM put on killer classes that get me the sweat I need to start my day. And I’m normally feeling it for the couple days. Great class for all beginners to advanced fitness levels. 100% recommend!!
I like f45 bc it’s not easy to be motivated to workout at 6am. The variety of classes and equipment is really helpful to stay motivated. The other positive I’ve experienced is that you can work to your ability. Whether you are a novice or gym rat, there’s something for everyone!
