these classes are amazing. Always full of intensity and get me going for the day. I normally do the Saturday morning class when I can and Lynzee and JM put on killer classes that get me the sweat I need to start my day. And I’m normally feeling it for the couple days. Great class for all beginners to advanced fitness levels. 100% recommend!!
