F45 Newtown is THE PLACE. Great workout in a spacious & clean studio, with supportive coaches and members who are committed to getting better & leveling up. The equipment is well maintained and plentiful, music is always a vibe, there is a shower, ample parking, and a great sense of community – I genuinely enjoy the entire 45 minute workout.
