I can't say enough good things about F45 - Natick!! The workouts are great, always changing and keeping you challenged. The coaches are amazing, specifically Becka! She brings so much energy and encouragement to every class. She is incredibly helpful with modifications if needed for a movement. She always pushing me to lift heavier and get stronger every class. She is a ROCKSTAR!
Coach AJ is full of positive energy and encouragement so you’ll always get a heart-pumping workout even if you think you can’t work any harder! He even comes prepared in costume for themed workouts - you need this comedy in your life!
I’ve been going to F45 for 3 months now and can see and feel a huge improvement over my fitness 3 months ago. Coaches are all really great and make an effort to know everyone and help every person wherever they are at in their fitness journey.
