I’ve been going since they opened in October 2025 and I can’t say enough great things about it! The trainers, the programming, the atmosphere, and the gym friends I’ve made these last 8 months. Every day is different, which keeps me from getting bored, with still knowing what to expect. Such a great balance of resistance training and cardio. The ability to do consistent body scans allows me to see the progress I’ve made along the way and keeps my motivation high!
