Great quick workout!
Recently joined F45 Murfreesboro, the facility is clean and full of nice equipment and weights. The coaches are all cheerful and friendly. The workouts are intense, and result driven.
I had my first class this morning. What a great workout and so fun! Was alittle nervous doing a group class, but i really appreciated how individual the workouts were. Will be coming back soon! Skyler was a very encouraging trainer. He aided with form and motivation!
100% recommend going! I’m not usually the group workout type of person but I actually loved it! Skyler Posey did an amazing job being the trainer & helping me out for my first time! Went by fast & had a great workout!
