Such a fun, encouraging and supportive environment to train in. Lisa and the team are amazing and accomodate all fitness levels. Do yourself a favour and come and check out one of the many session times available! Social Saturday’s will get your blood pumping!
Absolutely love F45 Morningside, went for a free trial and have never looked back. The classes are addictive and the trainers keep you motivated. Never have to think about putting equipment out or away after the class!
Over the years I have had memberships at a few different gyms, I can honestly say F45 Morningside is the best by far!! I’ve re-found my love for exercise and getting fit, every class is always different but the one constant that remains is the friendly trainers, welcoming members and the ongoing support and care you receive as soon as you walk through the door. I can’t recommend F45 Morningside enough, I’m so pleased I found them and only wish I’d found them sooner!!
