I was very skeptical to begin with. I have found gyms very intimidating and overwhelming. Going to F45 Morisset for the very first time was a completely different experience. All the trainers were very welcoming, encouraging and supportive. It's challenging at times, a lot of fun and just a great place to be. Thank you F45 Morisset.
f45 has been so welcoming and encouraging. Even within a class , i feel i get the individual time in correcting techniques. Love that I can take my child with me to get my session in.
