I started my work out last Thursday. Attended the class on Friday and then M-S this week. It is amazing how I am able to feel a difference and the coaches are awesome!
Great studio. Super clean. Friendly staff and clients. I passported in from another studio and felt very welcomed and motivated!
Best gym after my home gym. Solid.
Tami and the team make it fun to push yourself. Their playlist ilgoes pretty hard and the workouts are always stimulating. I like the hybrid workouts the best; choose your own adventure!
It's a great place to come and exercise, the group and station classes make it very dynamic. Also you don't have to think what exercises to do as they set up everything for you and it is easy to follow
