F45 is everything and more! The 45 minutes you spend in their gym will raise your heart rate, increase your strength, and build your confidence! I’ve attended 8 classes and truly feel I’ve found my home. The trainers are inspiring and helpful with their positive feedback.
F45 hosted our workout event, and we all had such a great time!! Their staff is amazing and the class was so much fun! Could not recommend F45 more!!
I started my work out last Thursday. Attended the class on Friday and then M-S this week. It is amazing how I am able to feel a difference and the coaches are awesome!
