Update 10/2025 - The gym has only gotten better with new and highly involved owners! I cannot say enough about how awesome this gym is! The trainers are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and the community is welcoming and friendly! I really have a feeling of motivation, belonging, and support when I'm at F45. I’ve only been going to F45 for 2 months, but the results have been incredible! I have done Orangetheory fitness and other similar workouts, but nothing comes close to the workout that F45 provides. Tami, Andrea, Dani, Kyla, Logan, and Kris are all rockstars who will motivate you while making sure you maintain proper form. Although the price may seem high at the start, the results that you will see going to 3 to 4 times a week will change your life!
I recently started exercising here, and the coaches have been helping me push myself further than I could on my own. They’re knowledgeable and make sure I’m using the right form.
