F45 Mineral Point Rd provides a great workout and a welcoming community. I live in Texas and go to the local F45 studio there, and visited this studio using passport. I have family in the Madison area and I’m so glad I can come to this amazing studio to workout when I’m visiting.
Thank you to Caitlin and the rest of the crew at F45 Mineral Point! I joined them for their workout this morning using passport and it was awesome. Such a welcoming group! If you're looking for a great workout and an obviously great community you should check them out.
For someone who's never done circuit training like this before, I am so glad I got involved with F45 at this location. The environment is incredibly welcoming, and everyone is so supportive. I feel myself becoming stronger through these workouts, and they feel like they go by so quickly, which I appreciate! I would highly recommend this to anyone who's considering joining!
