I recently joined F45 Meridian West, which has completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and the workouts have a variety of cardio and weights. Get ready to be sore! But what sets F45 apart is the group classes. The coaches are passionate and energetic, making working out so much fun, and I always leave feeling energized!! Keep up the great work, F45!
I’ve been with this gym for several years now and still very much enjoy the work outs! The owner is amazing and has hired super fit, fun and friendly trainers who bring a lot of expertise in fitness and nutrition. They pay attention to form and always offer modifications if needed. There’s also fun competitions throughout the year and DJ/music on Saturdays. Lots of class times offered is a huge bonus and very welcoming trainers

This is an amazing facility with an even more amazing team. You feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The trainers are supportive and motivating to everyone including those of us not as strong as the others. If you want a fantastic workout with a huge variety of classes then this is the place for you.
