I’ve been coming to F45 for almost two years and really enjoy the Loveland location. The staff is so friendly, helpful & encouraging. The space is nice & clean. The workouts are for all levels & abilities which I appreciate. I would highly recommend checking it out. I just love it here ☺️
Great facility, equipment, and staff. I really do feel like they are invested in me and they care about my progression. One heck of a workout every time too, a good mix between CrossFit and pure HIIT workouts. Definitely recommend, albeit a bit pricey…but what isn’t today?
F45 has been a great change from working out on my own. The studio is clean and welcoming, the coaches are helpful and motivating, and the workouts can be adapted for any fitness level. Classes fly by, the schedule is easy to work into a busy week, and I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to come back.
F45 has been amazing so far. They really make you feel like a family and it’s truly been a super wonderful experience!! Definitely will push you to your limits if you let it!! The coaches are all super supportive and the atmosphere is super high energy.
