I’ve never done a group workout, or anything like this before and I have to say, it’s kind of addicting. Had such a fun experience at this location! The owners and coaches are phenomenal, everything is explained and demonstrated the whole time and I got a fantastic workout! Couldn’t recommend this enough.
Highly recommend giving f45 a try!! Came here for the first time today, it was awesome! The coaches were great, and the atmosphere was very motivating. This is way better than working out by yourself! The owners Jake and Morgan are amazing!
Loved the workout class! The trainers are so kind and were supporting me through the workout. The gym is so nice. The 45 minute class flew by. Definitely coming back.

Lovelands F45 is absolutely amazing. Great people. Great space. Motivating coaches. Clean and fresh. Jake and Morgan put their hearts into the place. Just go and give it a try, the Sat hybrid class will kick your everything.
