I have been attending f45 now for about 4 months. (ALL) Coaches, are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make the classes fun. They and very supportive and motivating you to meet your goals. Rachel, from cypress nutrition is very knowledgeable and is always ready to refuel you with energy to keep you going the rest of your day! I’ve have been very happy and enjoy being part of f45 family!

There’s something about F45 Louetta that just clicks. The workouts challenge me, but the energy in the room makes me want to push harder. The staff are fantastic — fun, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. The gym is clean, easy to get to, and well organized. F45 is amazing. You can’t find a better environment with 5 star coaches. The program gets me moving to start my day and is now my daily routine! And a shoutout to Raquel at Cypress Nutrition!
Working out and challenging yourself to be the best version of you is not easy, but the coaches at F45 Louetta make it so much fun. Keeping in mind my limitations, they are so supportive and give me modifications to the exercises I’m unable to do. They are there to correct my form, encourage and cheer me on! My favorite coaches are Reagan and America!! The gym is clean, the staff are friendly and so are the clients.
