F45 - Louetta has been a great experience. Workouts are challenging and forever changing, which means you will never be bored. Music is great and keeps you motivated amongst many friendly faces. I highly recommend trying them out or any location.
I have been attending f45 now for about 4 months. (ALL) Coaches, are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make the classes fun. They and very supportive and motivating you to meet your goals. Rachel, from cypress nutrition is very knowledgeable and is always ready to refuel you with energy to keep you going the rest of your day! I’ve have been very happy and enjoy being part of f45 family!
F45 Louetta has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and happiness. Every time I show up, I feel stronger, more alive, and more connected to myself. There’s something about F45 Louetta that just clicks. The workouts challenge me, but the energy in the room makes me want to push harder. The staff are fantastic — fun, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. The gym is clean, easy to get to, and well organized. One thing that makes this experience even more meaningful is how supportive my husband has been. He sees how happy I am when I come home from class, how committed I’ve become to my goals.
