I have been to multiple F45 studios across SoCal and Canada; and Little Italy is my favorite. Amazing coaches, clockwork management, and A+ friendly service.
F45 Little Italy is my home away from home! Coach Braden & Coach Johnny are the best: fun, attentive, offering modifications as needed, and pushing me when I need it. They are the reason I keep coming at 6am! (All coaches are stellar, though ;)) Hallie is the rock star of all the admin & welcoming “committee”— she’s what makes everything run smoothly on the back-end & makes me grateful to be there with her sweet smile and joyful greeting! The fitness classes in F45 is an amazing concept and the coaches are incredible. I haven't gone to a regular fitness center for years but this concept motivates me to go if possible every day. Even more the individual possibilities and needs are being considered and the coaches are very helpful to make the exercices a positiv experience.
