Ruth is Excellent in conducting sessions and she provides support during the training sessions.
If you’re serious about training, I’d think twice about this location. I stopped by simply to learn more, but the interaction felt cold, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. While I was speaking, the staff member turned away and started talking to someone else about his shoes. There was very little effort to explain anything or make a potential new member feel welcome. First impressions matter, and this one was enough for me not to return.
This has truly been one of the best gyms I’ve ever worked out at. The culture at F45 is incredible, the coaches genuinely care, and everyone is encouraging, welcoming, and supportive.
