The best workout and nicest trainers. F45 Little Elm has been a game changer for my workout routine and there’s no going back!
Been here for about a year and a review is in order! This place was there for me postpartum and supported me through so many stages in my fitness journey. The coaches are so great and know how to push you. Coach Clay is incredible and runs a great program. I've really enjoyed it and highly recommend to any fitness level.
