I cant say enough good things about this gym.The coaches are so friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts are fierce but appropriate for anyone at any fitness level. Each class feels like a personal training session with a built in hype team! So thrilled to be a part of the F45 family!
Be careful what you sign up for. They give you schemes to commit but can't keep their word. Have confirmation on text about the $25 off but when you ask for it in person, they go back on words. The workout is good but the manager needs to do a better job on communication. It seems a bit weird that they run promotion to get people interested but can't commit to their own rules for people to sign up. Anyways there are other good options nearby.
My only complain is that I should have started going sooner! Highly recommend! Coaches and atmosphere is great!
Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Unwelcoming I had an extremely disappointing experience at this gym. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that professionalism and customer service are not a priority here.
